Come out to Central Park this Saturday, May 11th for our Annual Family Fun Day Event from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Join in on the fun and support Santa Clara PAL-GAL.  Join in on the fun! There will be carnival games, bounce house, food booths, music, raffle and more. We appreciate your support and all those who have dedicated their time and donations to help our Youth in our City and community. Thanks to all our donors and supporters!

Softball Travel Team/Tournament Tryouts

Are you interested in playing softball this summer?

Tournament softball is for girls who want to increase their skills, and play at a more competitive level.  Tournament season is typically played May thru July.  The player and her family will need to commit to a minimum of 5-6 tournaments (depending on the division) throughout the summer.  There will be a fee of approximately $400 per player (for uniforms and tournament fees), and some traveling will be involved.  Also, parents are required to work at the Santa Clara PAL Softball tournament in July.

Space is limited. We are only selling 150 tickets, on a first come first serve basis. Your tickets will be reserved when payment is received. Please make arrangements ASAP.


There is limited bleacher seating. Please bring your lounge chair or blankets. Also, coolers are allowed only with plastic bottled waters. Concession sales will also be available at this event.

April 5th – Little League Softball Day

We have to two exciting events coming up for our PAL-GAL Softball Families – Stanford Softball Little League Day on Sunday, April 7 and PAL-GAL Softball Day at Santa Clara University on Sunday, May 5.

Stanford Softball Little League Day

Stanford Cardinals vs. Arizona State University

Location:  Boyd & Jill Smith Family Stadium

Free Admission for all PAL-Gal teams that attend


On April 7th, Stanford Softball would like to invite you and your softball players to attend “Little League Softball Day.” The event will be held at Boyd & Jill Smith Family Stadium on the Stanford campus at noon (12:00 pm), when the Cardinal take on PAC-12 Conference rival, Arizona State University.


In order to promote Little League Softball, as well as the college softball experience, Little League Baseball and Softball has worked with various colleges and universities resulting in these institutions providing a Little League Softball Day at the collegiate level. On this day, young athletes of all ages will get to experience the game of softball at its finest. They will have the complete game experience from warm-ups to the game-ending play.


On Game-day:

  • The players, parents and coaches can attend the game at no charge. Softball players should wear their uniform shirt in order to be identified for admission.
  • Free Stanford Softball Posters
  • After the game, Stanford Softball invites the players to interact with the team, ask questions, and receive autographs. (This session will be limited to approximately 30 to 45 minutes.)

Reminder PAL GAL Clinic 2 (continuation of Clinic 1) will be held this Sunday. Deadline to pay online or at PAL is 5 pm TODAY, Fri. Mar.8th

If you haven’t already paid for the continuation of Clinic 1, please call the PAL Office (408-615-4879) if you plan to attend.  If you can pay by Friday, March 8th by 5pm that would be preferrable. The Clinic will be held this Sunday, March 10th at 10 am (T-Ball/Farm) or 12:30pm (Rookie/Minors) at Marsalli Field (See Flier). Please bring glove & cleats. Thank you for your cooperation.

Reminder for all those signed up for Pitchers & Catchers Clinic, SATURDAY, Mar. 2nd at 10 am Marsalli Park

Just want to make sure we advise you correctly that the day for Pitchers & Catchers Clinic is on SATURDAY, March 2nd. Please be there if you signed up. Please call the PAL Office if you have any questions. There is NO CLINIC on Sunday, the 3rd. Just want to clarify this for everyone if there is any miscommunication. Please refer to our flier on our softball page. Thank you.

Bowling Awards & Pizza this Saturday for all bowlers registered. Last week for the 9 week play.

Just a reminder our last week to bowl is this Saturday, March 2nd. Awards and pizza immediately after 2 short games, approximately around 11 am. Please wear your bowling shirts for any photo opportunities. You may also sign up for Summer Bowling in July. If we get enough kids and new coaches signed up and committed, we will be able to do a 6 wk. play. We are looking for new players and new Coaches. Please call the PAL Office to sign-up to volunteer coach. Thank you.
